Our peer mentoring program gives leaders an opportunity to be involved in meaningful discussions in a structured and supportive environment, while building critical leadership skills.

As a leader who experiences constant change and challenges, you matter, and finding your beat is essential to your health and the health of your organization. Our Peer Mentoring program will help you experience lasting success in your leadership role.

Typical Structure

Introduction and Icebreaker

Brief introduction and a quick icebreaker activity to foster camaraderie and connection with the group.

Check-in

Share your updates on the progress made, challenges faced, and successes you’d like to celebrate.

Focused Discussion Topics

Learn specific leadership-related skills, such as communication, conflict resolution, accountability, motivation, decision-making, goal setting, etc.

Each session focuses on a different aspect of leadership based on your group’s specific needs.

Case Studies and Problem-Solving

Present some of your real-life leadership challenges for discussion and problem-solving.

Peer Mentoring and Support

Share your experiences, insights, and advice related to the discussed topics.

Apply your knowledge and skills to analyze the situation and propose solutions collaboratively.

Everyone is encouraged to share valuable resources (i.e. articles, books, podcasts) related to leadership development.

Goal Setting and Accountability

Set specific leadership development goals for yourself between sessions.

Review progress on previously set goals and provide support and accountability to help you stay on track.

Format

Each peer mentoring group consists of no more than eight leaders like you, who have real challenges and a need to influence. By keeping our groups small, we maximize attention and personalization.

Meetings are online via Zoom every two or three weeks.

Program Length

Depending on the timeline set by participants, the program usually lasts three or four months.
There are eight sessions, and each last 75 minutes.

We set up a schedule that works for everyone in the group at our first session. We are constantly recruiting for upcoming future groups.

Costs

$935 for the entire program, which includes a world class leadership assessment.
