Meet Our Founder
Are you after organizational progress, growth, and alignment? Frédérick is all about impact and results, even if he must move mountains to get you there.
Frédérick grew up in rural New Brunswick and is still very much in love with its forests. He is a master bilingual facilitator whose passion for highly impactful leaders and teams knows no bounds. His ability to connect to his participants is second to none. Gifted with a unique humour, a bigger than life smile and a never-ending enthusiasm and energy, Frédérick knows how to charm and hook any audience.
Frédérick has a degree in communication, a degree in education and a certificate in adult education. He is also a certified business coach and is certified in DiSC®, The 6 Types of Working Genius, and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®.
When he is not with groups facilitating transformative programs, Frédérick is either enjoying time with his family, playing hockey, or getting his rubber boots dirty in another adventure.
